Playing with Stripes

 So I took two sets of stripes with 3 strips of fabric in each, put them right sides together. One I put going in the same direction, one I put going in opposite directions. I then sewed a 1/4 inch seam all the way around. I then cut them on the diagonals, and got a few different looks. 

I think it's interesting and might look even better with a black or white strip in the middle. What do you think?
